We want that experience to reach you exactly as intended: intact, authentic, and true to expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Should you need to request a return, we ensure clear and transparent conditions, in accordance with applicable Portuguese legislation.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order, in accordance with Decree-Law no. 24\/2014 of February 14, in its current version.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>How to request a return<\/h2>\n<p>To initiate the process, please contact us at quintadosloivos@quintadosloivos.pt, indicating your order number or proof of purchase.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Return conditions<\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible for a return, products must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be in perfect condition, with no signs of use<\/li>\n<li>Be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories or promotional items<\/li>\n<li>Be accompanied by the respective proof of purchase<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Defective products or incorrect shipments<\/h2>\n<p>If your order presents any defect or does not correspond to what was requested, Quinta dos Loivos will assume full responsibility for collection and replacement costs, provided the situation is reported within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>Upon receipt and verification of the returned products at our facilities, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Liability and exceptions<\/h2>\n<p>Quinta dos Loivos ensures the quality of its products and assumes responsibility for any defects of origin or raw materials.
